The 2027 schedule will be published before the forum.
2026 archive: early registration on 18 May, 16:00–20:00. On 19 and 20 May registration opened at 08:00 and the exhibition ran from 08:00 to 19:00. The conference started at 09:00 on day one and 10:00 on day two.
Catering+
Catering depends on your ticket; check the registration confirmation. In 2026 coffee breaks were available to VIP ticket holders wearing the event wristband; the evening reception required an invitation. Standard tickets excluded catering; hotel restaurants and the lobby bar were available at an additional charge.
After the event+
Presentations approved for distribution are shared with delegates who complete the questionnaire in the forum app. Links to materials and photographs are sent to the email supplied in the questionnaire. Photographs and the highlights video are published in the event archive.
